Coelacanth Studio is a creative design studio offering branding and identity design, website design and development (including low-code solutions), marketing assets, and JA-EN translation services. We also provide add-ons such as copywriting assistance, custom CMS development, and a client-exclusive membership portal for support and communication.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website in a lawful manner and for its intended purposes, including browsing services, submitting inquiries, viewing project portfolios, reading journal articles, and accessing client/member-only content (if applicable).

• Final files are delivered upon full payment.
• Revisions are limited per package scope.

5. Membership & Client Portal

Registered members may access exclusive content and client portal features. If you enroll in a paid membership plan, you agree to pay the stated monthly or yearly fees. Access to membership perks (e.g., copywriting assistance, revision time) is subject to eligibility as described in your selected plan.

Coelacanth Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate access to the member portal, including revoking membership for policy violations or non-payment.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services and membership plans are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract. Fees may be processed via third-party providers such as Interac e-Transfer, Stripe, Wise, or ACH platforms.

Pricing is subject to change, but you will be notified in advance for any applicable renewals or ongoing services.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site may include links to third-party tools, websites, or resources (e.g., Memberstack, Webflow, Stripe). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their terms before use.
